Our team offers: 2 scoops weekly, 1 scoop weekly, 1 scoop every 2 weeks, and 1 scoop per month options.
We do offer a one-time cleanup option and price that based on various factors.
For your convenience, we offer an online payment portal that accept credit and debit cards. We require that your card stay on file for easy, secure, automatic monthly billing on the 1st of each month.
With the safety of your pup and family in mind, we thoroughly sanitize our tools and shoes after scooping each yard to prevent any sort of cross contamination that could occur.
Although most clients prefer our weekly scooping schedule to maintain the cleanest yard, some of our customers do sign up for a one time clean up when they need a special clean up before a family celebration, if there is an unusual buildup of poo, or a rare occasion such as prepping their house to sell.
Since these scoops are not reoccurring and are sometimes difficult to fit into our teams busy routes we charge $85 for each one time scoop visit.
After we scoop a yard, we will securely double bag the poop and either place it inside the customer’s outside trash can or we neatly sit the bag at the side of their house/garage or yard gate.
No, as long as we can easily access your yard/gate you do not have to be home for our service. If we can't get into your yard we will try to contact you but will need to continue along our route if you can't be reached.
